Matt Glaser
Since starting his professional creative career as a copywriter and content strategist, Matt has added a comprehensive knowledge of web development and framework design to a resume of award-winning work. He co-founded Jump or Dive to help great businesses and non-profit organizations search for creative ways to bring wider exposure to the brands and causes he believes in.
Matt lives in San Francisco, where he is possibly working on a novel or proofreading a billboard.
Kiley Hertel
Collaboration is at the heart of good design, and Kiley believes an open discussion of ideas drives a balanced, focused process. As a co-founder of Jump or Dive, he continues to build lasting client relationships by delivering on the promise of these concepts, bringing a broad and even-handed perspective to everything he creates.
Kiley now lives in Marin after a thirteen year tour in San Francisco, with his wife, two children and faithful golden lab.
